- Topic suggestions: a launch/GT question you'd like explained clearly.
- Partnerships: reprints, citations, collaboration.
02What we can't help with
This is an independent information site, not Gate's support. The following go straight to Gate; writing to us won't help:
- Account login, lockouts, recovery
- Deposits, withdrawals, missing funds
- KYC review status, appeals
- Specific orders or trade disputes
03On replies
The team is small; we try to reply to every useful message but can't guarantee a response time. Please understand. And never send any account password, private key or seed phrase — no legitimate site will ever ask you for these.
